Lovely first visit to Krakow. Arrived at Hotel Unicus around lunchtime to be surprised that our room was ready. A lovely, large twin room, as requested on the top floor. Beds were really comfortable, the room and gorgeous refurbished bathroom were spotlessly clean. Daily room service throughout our stay. The furniture in the room is definitely dated, and with that change, I'd have given a 5 star review.

All staff we encountered were professional and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful, although the breakfast room was quite snug.

On one of our 3 nights, there was some outside street noise, but nothing more than revellers having fun.

I'd stay here again, perfectly placed in the beautiful old town.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The staff was extremely helpful, we got lots of great recommendations from them which made the trip even better. The rooms were clean and the location is just the best. The manager told us that on next visit he'll prepare for us a special offer. We will be back for sure!

A very comfortable weekend stay, in a single room (207), overlooking the street. Bathroom facilities are top notch, a comfortable single bed, with 3 pillows provided. A kettle, tea, coffee and bottled water provided, too. Breakfast consisted an excellent buffet style breakfast, with a menu for cooked food. You get a discount if you book breakfast the day before.

The hotel has a great location, a few minutes walk from the main square. There are plenty of excellent value restaurants, for any meal time, great bars and pubs, all a few minutes walk away, too.

Wawel Royal Castle was a 15-20 minute walk away, Oskar Schindler's Factory was about 35 minute walk, however, there was plenty of transport options close by, if you don't want to walk.

I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The room was even better than we thought. The staff was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was sooo good, even allowed to take the dessert to the hotel room. Special thanks to a young man who worked in the night shift. Very helpful and kind, professional. Easy to approach and talk to and really cared about the customer. Huge thanks to that young man! Recommend this hotel for sure
